H9bet Terms and Conditions – Platform Usage Rules

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern access to and use of all services offered by H9Bet, including Sports Betting, Live Casino, crash games, slots, bonuses, and all platform features available at h9bet.best and on the official app. By creating an account or using any H9Bet service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and fully agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with any part, please do not use the platform's services.

By accessing h9bet, clicking "Sign Up," making a deposit, or using any feature on the platform, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms and Conditions in full. Acceptance is automatic and binding from the moment you first use our services.

These Terms apply to all registered users and visitors of H9Bet, regardless of the device used to access it — desktop, mobile, tablet, or app. H9Bet reserves the right to update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the services following any update constitutes acceptance of the new conditions.

To create an account and use h9bet's services, you must meet all of the following mandatory requirements:

• Be at least 18 (eighteen) years of age at the time of registration. The platform is strictly prohibited for minors, with no exceptions whatsoever.
• Be a resident of or located in Brazil at the time of access.
• Hold a valid CPF (Cadastro de Pessoa Física) issued by the Receita Federal do Brasil.
• Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration, including full name, date of birth, address, email, and CPF.
• Not have been previously banned or suspended from H9Bet for violating these Terms.
• Not be subject to any court or administrative order prohibiting participation in betting activities.

Each individual may hold only a single account on H9Bet. Creating duplicate accounts under the same person is considered a serious violation of these Terms and may result in the cancellation of all accounts and the withholding of pending balances as set out in clause 11.

You are solely responsible for the security and confidentiality of your H9Bet account credentials, including your email, password, and any two-factor authentication (2FA) codes. Do not share your credentials with anyone.

H9Bet will never ask for your password via email, chat, or phone. If you receive any communication requesting your password, disregard it and report it to platform support immediately.

• In the event of unauthorized access or suspected account compromise, the user must immediately notify H9Bet at the email address suporte@h9bet.best.
• H9bet may temporarily suspend an account to investigate suspicious activity, applying the necessary protective measures until the review is complete.
• The user is responsible for all bets and transactions made on their account, including those resulting from unauthorized access that was not reported in a timely manner.
• The account is personal and non-transferable. Assigning, selling, buying, transferring, or renting H9Bet accounts to third parties is strictly prohibited.

Account information must be kept up to date. Changes to your email, address, or phone number must be made directly in the account settings or by contacting support, always with identity verification.

All financial transactions on H9Bet are conducted exclusively in Brazilian Real (BRL). There is no currency conversion, and no foreign currency transactions are accepted or processed by the platform.

All withdrawals are processed exclusively to payment methods linked to the account holder's CPF. H9Bet does not transfer funds to third-party accounts. Full identity verification (KYC) must be approved before the first withdrawal.

Deposits made using third-party credit cards or bank accounts not belonging to the h9bet account holder will be declined and returned to the sender. Repeated attempts may result in account suspension.

Bets placed on H9Bet are binding upon confirmation. Once a bet has been confirmed by the system, it cannot be changed or cancelled by the user, except where the cashout feature is available and activated before the event ends.

• The minimum amount per bet is R$ 1.00 and the maximum amount varies depending on the market, event, and user category.
• H9Bet reserves the right to limit the maximum bet amount on specific markets, particularly for high-value events or following an analysis of betting patterns.
• In the event of a technical error resulting in clearly incorrect odds (manifestly erroneous odds), H9Bet reserves the right to cancel the affected bets and refund the amount wagered.
• Bets placed on events that have already started outside the correct betting window (pre-match or live) may be voided by H9Bet.
• For live football betting (Brasileirão, Copa do Brasil, Libertadores, Premier League, Champions League, and other leagues), markets may be temporarily suspended during goals, VAR reviews, red cards, and other critical moments in the match.

Bet Settlement and Cancelled Events

If a sporting event is cancelled, postponed by more than 24 hours from its original scheduled time, or not completed in accordance with the rules set by h9bet, all related bets will be fully refunded to the account's real balance, unless the specific market rules state otherwise.

Accumulator bets that include a cancelled event will have that outcome treated as "void", with the corresponding odds replaced by 1.00 in the overall ticket multiplication, unless the specific market rules determine otherwise.

H9Bet offers a variety of bonuses and promotions, including a 100% welcome bonus up to R$ 500.00, Brasileirão free bets, weekly cashback, and an accumulator bonus. Each promotion has its own specific conditions, available on the respective offer page.

The general rules that apply to all H9Bet bonuses are:

• Each user is entitled to claim the welcome bonus only once. Creating duplicate accounts to claim the bonus more than once is considered fraud.
• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly. The applicable rollover must be completed – typically 10x the bonus amount – before the converted bonus balance becomes available for withdrawal.
• Bets with odds lower than 1,50 do not count toward the rollover calculation, unless expressly stated otherwise in the specific promotion.
• The deadline to complete the rollover is 30 calendar days from the bonus balance, unless stated otherwise in the promotion.
• In the live casino, rollover contribution rates vary: slots and crash games contribute 100%; live roulette contributes 20%; baccarat contributes 20%; blackjack contributes 10%.
• H9Bet reserves the right to cancel or modify promotions at any time, with prior notice whenever possible. Bonuses already credited and in progress are not affected by any changes.
• Bets considered "hedging" (placing opposing bets to guarantee a profit regardless of outcome using bonus funds) may result in the cancellation of the bonus and the bets involved.

H9bet offers a live casino featuring roulette, blackjack, baccarat, crash games (Aviator, Spaceman, and more), and game shows streamed in real time with professional dealers. All casino games on the platform are provided by licensed suppliers and audited by internationally recognized independent laboratories, such as eCOGRA and GLI.

• The Return to Player (RTP) percentages for each game are periodically audited and made available by h9bet upon request to our support team.
• Crash games, including Aviator, use certified random number generation (RNG) systems. The outcome of each round is determined by independent algorithms verifiable via cryptographic hash.
• The use of any external software, mods, or automation tools while using the Live Casino is prohibited. Detection of such practices will result in immediate account closure.
• Connection issues during a live casino round are the user's responsibility. H9Bet is not liable for losses resulting from internet connection failures on the client's side.

Minimum and maximum bets in casino games vary by table and game. This information is always displayed in the game interface before any wager is placed.

H9Bet believes that Sports Betting and casino games are forms of entertainment and should be treated as such. The platform is firmly committed to responsible gambling and provides tools to help users stay in control of their experience.

Responsible gambling tools available in your H9Bet account:

• Deposit limits: Set a maximum daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limit. Once set, the limit can only be increased after a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Bet limits: Set a maximum amount per bet or per time period.
• Session alerts: Receive notifications after a set period of continuous use on the platform.
• Temporary self-exclusion: Suspend your account for periods of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, 3 months, 6 months, or 12 months.
• Permanent self-exclusion: Permanently close your account. Once activated, permanent deletion cannot be undone.

H9Bet does not send marketing communications to users who are under self-exclusion, regardless of the period. Any attempt to create a new account during an active self-exclusion period will result in the immediate closure of the new account and a possible permanent ban.

H9Bet collects and processes users' personal data in accordance with the General Personal Data Protection Law (LGPD – Lei nº 13.709/2018). By accepting these Terms, you also consent to the processing of your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

The data collected by H9Bet includes, but is not limited to: full name, CPF, date of birth, address, email, phone number, financial transaction history, betting history, and platform browsing data. This data is used for:

• Identity verification (KYC) and fraud prevention;
• Processing of deposits and withdrawals;
• Compliance with legal and regulatory obligations;
• Personalizing your experience and sending relevant communications (where authorized);
• Improvement of H9Bet's products and services.

H9Bet does not sell users' personal data. Data may be shared with technology and payment partners strictly for the purpose of operating the services, always subject to contractual confidentiality obligations equivalent to those applied internally. The following are strictly prohibited without prior written authorization from h9bet:

• Reproduce, copy, distribute, or publish any content from the platform;
• Using H9Bet's brand name, logo, or visual identity for any commercial purpose;
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling any part of the platform's software;
• Create derivative works based on content from the H9Bet platform.

The "H9Bet" brand and all its derivatives are registered trademarks. Unauthorized use constitutes a legal violation subject to the penalties set forth in applicable Brazilian law.

H9Bet reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account, at its sole discretion, in the following situations:

• Violation of any clause of these Terms and Conditions;
• Providing false or fraudulent information during registration or the KYC process;
• Creation of multiple accounts by the same individual;
• Use of automated systems, bots, or arbitrage methods;
• Participation in money laundering or the financing of illegal activities;
• Bonus or promotion abuse through the creation of duplicate accounts or hedge betting;
• Abusive or threatening behavior directed at the H9Bet support team;
• Filing an unwarranted chargeback with your card provider.

If an account is terminated due to a Terms violation, H9Bet may withhold any bonus balance and winnings obtained through bonus use, as well as pending withdrawals under investigation. The user's real-money balance (from deposits and winnings from real-money bets) will be returned once the investigation is complete, except in cases of proven fraud or a contrary legal determination.

Users may also request voluntary account closure at any time via live chat or email. Any pending real-balance withdrawals will be processed within the standard timeframes following the closure request.

H9Bet provides its services "as is" and makes every reasonable effort to keep the platform available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. However, H9Bet does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, particularly in situations beyond its control.

H9Bet is not liable for:

• Service interruptions due to scheduled or emergency maintenance, with advance notice provided whenever possible;
• Financial losses resulting from internet connection failures on the user's end;
• Betting decisions made by the user and their outcomes, which are the sole responsibility of the bettor;
• Third-party content referenced or linked on the H9Bet platform;
• Force majeure events that prevent the platform from operating normally (natural disasters, widespread infrastructure failures, acts of governmental authorities, etc.).

H9Bet may revise and update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Significant changes will be communicated to registered users by email or via an in-platform notification at least 7 (seven) calendar days before taking effect, except where the change is required by law or regulation, in which case it may take effect immediately.

Continued use of H9Bet's services after the effective date of any change constitutes automatic acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you must close your account before the new conditions take effect. The date of the last update is always shown at the top of this document.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. For the resolution of any disputes arising from the use of H9Bet's services or the interpretation of these Terms, the parties agree to submit to the courts of the District of São Paulo, State of São Paulo, to the exclusion of any other, however privileged it may be.

Before pursuing any legal action, the user agrees to first attempt to resolve the dispute directly with h9bet through our available support channels (live chat, email, or WhatsApp). h9bet commits to responding to formal complaints within 5 (five) business days.

This version of the Terms and Conditions was drafted in Brazilian Portuguese. In the event of a translation into another language, the Portuguese version shall prevail over any translated version for legal interpretation purposes.

For matters related to personal data protection, users may contact the National Data Protection Authority (ANPD) in accordance with their rights under the LGPD. For consumer issues, the Procon in your state and the portals consumidor.gov.br and reclameaqui.com.br are available channels.
